At Modern Upholstery Solutions our approach to every creative project is based upon our observation that to succeed to the satisfaction of all involved, a team approach is essential. While this approach is primarily concerned with our quality control procedures, team formation begins with the client’s first inquiry where the description of his or her proposed project is addressed in detail. From that moment on, the client becomes an active participant in the team and, by extension, the creative process itself.

In practical terms, this means that the full scope of your project is minutely examined and carefully planned with your interests, needs, and value orientation in mind. Any potential difficulties in material acquisition or possible delay issues are discussed fully.

Consistent Project Notifications
As a courtesy to our clients and to alleviate any concerns they might experience during the work phase of their project, our Client Services Division will inform them of our progress at three critical junctures: (1) when work actually begins, (2) midway through the work process, and (3) shortly before project completion. These notifications are made by email and are usually accompanied by photographs. Thus, from the beginning of your project to its final completion, you are assured that you are working with a team of dedicated professionals who have not only your concerns but also the quality and look of your project uppermost in mind. This service is NOT typical of the upholstery industry.
