I’m a widow whose husband died two years ago. I was going through my home trying to label some of the things I wanted to make sure my children and friends would get in the event of my death. Some of those items needed reupholstering. I called the company I used many years ago but they were now out of business. I found Modern Upholstery Solutions on the Internet and gave them a call. They were courteous and helpful and picked up my items. While they were working on those I discovered a small footstool I had forgotten about in the basement. I told them about my discovery but that I didn’t drive anymore. Rather than drive over and pick up the footstool they suggested that this would be a small project and that they could do the necessary work in my basement when they delivered my other items. And that’s exactly what they did and they didn’t charge me for the additional work! I can’t praise these gentlemen enough for their work and their thoughtfulness. I hope you will give them a try.

Over the years I’ve traveled the estate sale circuit buying, refurbishing, and reselling items to select buyers around the area. During that time I’ve worked with just about every upholstery shop in town. Some did good work and others not so good. The nature of my business often requires these services rather quickly and there was always a problem with scheduling and completion times. A friend recommended Modern Upholstery Solutions and I gave them a call. They were snowed under with work but I told them my problem anyway. I needed my items completed in five days. They assured me that they could complete my project on that schedule and I delivered my stuff to them at 8:00 am on Monday morning. To make a long story short, the project was completed 8 hours ahead of schedule on Friday! Their work was excellent, the price was reasonable, and their personal concern for a new client was totally unexpected. Based on my past and present experience I can’t imagine why anybody looking for custom upholstery services would choose to go anywhere else.

I own a small restaurant outside of Boise. I needed two booths reupholstered but was having difficulty locating someone who could do the job quickly. I called Modern Upholstery Solutions and the owner drove out to talk with me within a couple of hours. While he measured the booths I selected an appropriate vinyl covering. Ruben and a member of his team did their work after I closed for business on the weekend. These gentlemen were respectful of my business obligations and were courteous to everyone. Their work was excellent and quite reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this company in every way.
